Not only does ŌĆ£&ŌĆØ mean ŌĆ£and,ŌĆØ but it also symbolizes the meaning of ŌĆ£connectŌĆØ and ŌĆ£become oneŌĆØ in this upcoming album. In particular, & is expected to catch global attention as itŌĆÖs LOONAŌĆÖs first album in about 8 months since 12:00 (Midnight).
