Space Sweepers, set in the year 2092, is about the crew of space junk collector ship The Victory jumping into a dangerous deal after discovering a humanoid robot named Dorothy thatŌĆÖs known to be a weapon of mass destruction. Today, the production team released behind-the-scenes still photos that feature a harmonious atmosphere at the filming sites and the actors who are fully immersed in their roles. As you can see from the photos, the film was created with the efforts of those who spent months in the spaceship sets, building up fantastic chemistry. Song Joong Ki described the set as ŌĆ£the place where sincerity was accepted,ŌĆØ while Yoo Hae Jin shared that every scene was filled with laughters of actors ŌĆ£with similar colors.ŌĆØ The picture that shows staff surprising Richard Armitage with a celebratory cake also gives us a glimpse into the warm atmosphere at the filming sites. Since more than 2,000 of the 2,500 cuts were completed by VFX work, Space SweepersŌĆś filming site was covered in chroma-key green screens, and it took considerable concentration and effort from all staff and actors.
