After someone test who worked on the set of the upcoming JTBC drama Run On test positive for COVID-19, Ā Choi Sooyoung and her own staff were confirmed to not be in close contact with the staff member. According to her agency Saram Entertainment, ŌĆ£Since Choi Sooyoung and her staff were not in contact with the staff member, they are not a target of testing and investigation. However, they are under self-quarantine just in case and they are keeping a close eye on the situation.ŌĆØ Earlier, a staff member from Run On tested positive for COVID-19. The production team immediately stopped filming the drama and actors and staff, including Im Si Wan and Shin He Kyung, were tested for the virus. While a staff from JTBCŌĆÖs new drama Run On was confirmed with COVID-19, the actors at the scene were tested negative. An official from the drama told news1, ŌĆ£Shin Se Kyung, Im Si Wan, and Lee Bong Ryeon, who were tested for COVID-19 yesterday, all received negative results today.ŌĆØ He added, ŌĆ£All the crew are waiting for the results after conducting the tests sequentially.ŌĆØ Yesterday (Sept. 27), a staff member from Run In was confirmed with COVID-19. And as a result, the production team immediately stopped filming, and actors and staff, including Im Si Wan and Shin He Kyung, who were at the scene, were tested for COVID-19 and went into self-isolation. Run On will discuss the resumption of the filming after all the crew and actors receive their results. This is the second time that Run On has stopped filming due to issues related to COVID-19. The filming was briefly suspended on Aug. 20 when one of the staff made contact with another drama staff tested positive for the virus. However, only after about a month, Run On came to another all-stop. Meanwhile, Run On, starring Im Si Wan, Shin Se Kyung, Choi Soo Young, and Kang Tae Oh, is a drama about a short-distance national athlete becoming a sports agent.
